Marc P. Jones - Founding Partner

Marc is a farmer's son who studied Biological Sciences at Oxford University and then pursued a 23 year career in investment banking with JP Morgan with eleven years as a Managing Director. Marc brings to EGNISCO his specialist skills in marketing, risk management and capital raising to benefit natural resource management and rural regeneration.

Stephen Drummond - Founding Partner

Stephen read P.P.E. at Keble College Oxford and then pursued a career in sales management with early involvement with performance contracts for office equipment. In 1993 he set up a building business in Yorkshire of which he is still the major shareholder. Stephen brings to EGNISCO strategic perspective, operations experience and a commitment to deliver high levels of service to customers.

“T.J.” Bhamra - Project Installation Manager

“T.J.” joined EGNISCO in October 2012 having already worked in the biomass industry for over 8 years. With a track record of having managed more than 150 successful installations ranging from 20kW to 3MW systems “T.J.” has excellent credentials and wide experience of biomass heating of many types. Heading up our installation and maintenance teams “T.J.” gives EGNISCO in the house technical expertise which allows us to offer a level of service to our customers which is unrivaled in the industry. He is married to Emma and has three children.

Brian Snelling - Office Manager

Brian joined EGNISCO in November 2012 and is responsible for the day to day running of the office and accounts. Having spent 17 years in a similar role with Nelsons' Cast Stone in Llandinam he now brings his organisational and customer service skills to EGNISCO. Brian lives in Carno and when not at work plays bass rather badly for a number of local bands.
